Administration & Information

The responsibilities for the Administration & Information are as follows:

  1. Ensure participant data matches the Master Database
  2. Act as the main information center for participants
  3. Ensure participants arrive at the venue on time
  4. Manage ticket sales and distribution
  5. Ensure smooth check-in and entry processes
  6. Provide ticket-related information to attendees

Roles available for Administration & Information are as follow:

  1. Registration
  2. Choir Care
  3. Ticketing

Hospitality

The responsibilities for the Hospitality are as follows:

  1. Coordinate catering, accommodation, and transportation for committee, judges, and international participants
  2. Ensure all logistics run smoothly
  3. Ensure participants arrive at the venue on time
  4. Manage ticket sales and distribution
  5. Ensure smooth check-in and entry processes
  6. Provide ticket-related information to attendees

Roles available for Hospitality are as follow:

  1. Meals
  2. Liaison Officer
  3. Transportation

Show

The responsibilities for the Shows role are as follows:

  1. Execute event tasks according to plan
  2. Maintain high artistic quality throughout the event
  3. Ensure participants arrive at the venue on time
  4. Operate and manage sound system, LED, and lighting to enhance event atmosphere

Roles available for Shows are as follow:

  1. Doorman
  2. Usher
  3. Stage Crew
  4. Backstage Crew
  5. Concert Crew
  6. Sound System Operator
  7. LED Operator
  8. Lighting Operator

Artistic

The responsibilities for the Artistic are as follows:

  1. Manage judging documents and ensure judges' comfort.
  2. Oversee the announcement of competition results
  3. Responsible for all educational activities such as workshops, meet-the-jury sessions, and related programs

Roles available for Artistic are as follow:

  1. Jury Secretary
  2. Education Coordinator

Multimedia

The responsibilities for the Multimedia are as follows:

  1. Create an engaging atmosphere using available equipment
  2. Ensure all technical equipment functions properly
  3. Optimize visual and audio presentations

Roles available for Multimedia are as follow:

  1. Camera Person
  2. Documentation
  3. Multimedia
  4. Social Media

General

The responsibilities for the General are as follows:

  1. Manage all event equipment and logistics
  2. Ensure facilities are set up and distributed properly
  3. Oversee the distribution and management of event merchandise
